Okay - this is what I would do. (Might have been easier to show on another sheet, but anyway)…
1. Only use GReen text for things you need to look at quickly DURING A GAME. Not for things you have already factored in. I see you have used [] for things added. That is good and what I do, but no need for green if already done. So other things like "bonus action to rage" could be green.
2. Delete all rows not needed. Then your tables can be shifted to fit better.
3. Rather than refer to Stonecunning - just write what it does under INT. (Again, see the dwarf PCs I have done on the Pregens Page - in fact, you could have copied and pasted all of this from PCs done there).
4. I would remove the 'Current' title from all features, and colour the Short or long rest gold and bold.
5. No need to add notes re Magical snake shirt to Initiative if already added to DEX. A little confusing - sounds like added to Initiative as well.
6. I would turn blue and bold all Skills and Saves she is proficient in. That way you can leave ones not proficient in that have notes in black (like History).
7. Might want to note Poison Resistance under CON. I would also move to under Hit Points, as it reduces hp damage.
8. No need for Dwarven Toughness twice. Just add whole feature under Hit Point table. Same with Speed reduction. Just put under speed.
9. Speed> She is going to be encumbered. Might want to note that under speed and turn red.
10. Description of Darkvision could go under its entry.
All of above just suggestions. Kathra looks good. You can apply the same to Bryak if you wish. But again - I have kept a bundle of Pregens on the Pregens Page so you can simply copy and paste features and see how I do things. If you like your won way that is cool too.
9. Some like Reduced CHA by 2 could go in [] to show you have already done this.
